Q: What are your store hours? We are open from 12pm-7pm Tuesday-Saturday.
Q: Where are you located? We are located in the Galleria Suites across from the AT&T store on Watson Boulevard. We are in the same section of strip mall as the Party Place. Our address is 4027 Watson Boulevard, Suite 230, Warner Robins, GA 31093.
Q: What is your return policy? We have an “all sales are final” policy, however we do offer store credit if there is an issue with an item once it leaves the store. To qualify for store credit, we will ask for pictures of the item that is broken. Note: We do not fix wire wrapped items from other stores or vendors.
Q: How up-to-date is your inventory? Our inventory syncs several times a day, so there is a chance that something may be out of stock when it you go to buy it. If it happens that our item is out of stock, we will contact you and issue a refund.
Q: How quickly will you send my item after I order it? We will do our best to send your item at least by the next day. For larger orders, we might require a few days to pack and ship. After that, it depends on the carrier.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping? We charge the most expensive flat-rate fee for shipping. If we do not use the entire amount (we use only the size box necessary for your shipment), then we will refund the cost we do not use.
Q: If I go to your shop, what can I expect to find? First and foremost, you will find 2 people who are very happy to see you! You will be introduced to the shop because we have some features that might not be found in other stores. We will show you how to speed up checkout, and what you can read for deeper insights into our products. Then, we will not hover over you, but we will be attentive in the event that you have questions. If you are unsure about anything, we will help you explore options, but we will not give advice (because we do not want to influence you on your path). In the event you have questions after you leave, we will give you contact info before you leave so you know that you have our support. You leave a friend, not just a customer!
Q: But wait, don’t you have a puppy at your shop? Yes, we have a puppy at our shop, who is in training, and there are signs about how we would like for him to be approached. If he is on his training cot, we ask that you don’t speak to him because he is likely to come off of his cot to come play with you. When this happens, our attempts to teach him impulse controls is undermined. We will bring him to you if certain circumstances line up (he has recently been walked, he is not overwhelmed, and you express the desire to meet him). If those circumstances don’t line up, we will not allow access to him. This is not a reflection on you; we want our puppy to be set up for success. Activity that leads to corrections can chip away at his confidence. We ask that you help us to bolster his confidence by working with us. As already said…if the circumstances are correct, we will bring him to you.

–Always check with a doctor if you have any questions about the herbs in the shop. The staff are not medical professionals, so asking them questions about dosages, contraindications, etc is not advised. Some ingredients in the herbs or teas can interfere with medications you may be on. We are not an apothecary and do not accept responsibility for any items used after they have left the shop. Buyer assumes all responsibility related to any herbs bought in the store or online.
–Candles must be observed when they are lit. Do not leave them unattended. Make sure children or animals remain clear of lit candles as they can be burned. Some candles have crystals or herbs in them that can catch fire. Please be aware of the contents of candles, and always use them on fire safe objects or containers (e.g. items made of metal or ceramic).
–All oils, soaps, and baths should be tested in order to determine whether they are safe for you. Any skin care item, despite copious testing, can cause allergic reaction. Be aware that oils, soaps, baths, and herbs are intended for external use only.
-Incenses and burning herbs should be used in a well ventilated room, as inhaled smoke could cause breathing issues. Please be mindful of any possible hazards when you inhale incenses.
–In order to avoid confusion or misunderstanding in the shop, we suggest leaving your already owned bracelets at home, in your car, or in your pocket before coming into the store. That said, if you came in with bracelets, please let us know that they are yours, especially if you have bought the items from us in the past. If there are questions posed about a personal item, please do not take it personally. We reserve the right to question anyone if we suspect that a theft is underway.
–Spiritual results are not guaranteed with the items in the shop. Sometimes the universe has different plans, that could lead to better outcomes. Please remain open to the wisdom of the Divine when casting your intentions.
