Description

Camphor, Laurus nobilis, is a small evergreen tree or large shrub with aromatic leaves. The leaves are used to make camphor oil, which has a variety of uses in traditional medicine. Camphor oil is said to have spiritual benefits, including protection from negative energy and attracting positive energy. 

To burn camphor as incense, light a charcoal disc and place it in a fire-safe bowl. Add a few pieces of camphor to the disc and allow the smoke to fill your space. You can also add camphor to a spell or ritual by placing it on your altar or in a sachet.
